Round up of WCOOP 2009
I was talking about WCOOP 2009 in my previous blog post The world series of online poker 2009 has ended, but I forgot to mention what actually was happening at this poker festival this year. Here is a short brief for all those who have not had an opportunity yet to get familiar with it.
Well, there were some records broken in comparison to previous two WCOOP events, among others, the total guaranteed prize pool money was higher than ever before. There were a lot of winners obviously due to 45 events total, so I will just mention the winner of the WCOOP 2009 main event, Yevgeniy »Jovial Gent« Timoshenko from United States of America, who took away $1,715,200.
The interview with Yevgeniy Timoshenko is also available in the video below, so is the revision of some of the key hands from final table of the WCOOP main event, mostly involving the winner, who is also commenting some of the hands, he got involved in.

World championship of online poker 2009 has ended
Hey poker players! Due to busy times in my life right now, I myself had not had any time to get involved in the World championship of online poker (WCOOP 2009), which took place from 3. to 20. september 2009 on PokerStars, but I was wondering if any of you people played in this big online poker festival?
If that is the case, please leave some feedback in the comments about how you did it, which poker games and events you played in, what was your succes or any other experience you have had with it.
In case you have not heard of WSOOP before, then maybe the below poker video can help you get more information about it. Basically, it is an online poker festival in its third season branded as »WCOOP« or »World championship of online poker«.
There were 45 events and a lot of poker game variants to choose from this year with a total guaranteed prize pool money of $40,000,000 and more than 100 countries represented.
