According to Daniel Negreanu, the easiest way to beat micro stakes holdem cash games is by using a small ball approach, since the biggest weakness of poker players at micro limit poker is calling big bets in spots where better players would fold their hands.
Therefore he suggests playing holdem hands that have big pay off potencial (these are probably suited aces and kings, suited connectors and gap cards, low pocket pairs and other high cards, like KQo) and min-rasing your entire playing range. The number of continuation bets should be significantly lower then at higher limits.
Since poker players at micro stakes poker are either calling or folding, the bet size is not as important to them as it should be. Overbetting pots with strong hands is therefore a good micro stakes holdem strategy.
Same principle goes for weak hands and draws: because your opponents are going to go to showdown with weak hands, keeping pots relatively small until you hit and not bluffing big, when you miss, will probably get you through these limits way faster.
