- Never buy into a cash game or Sit & Go tournament with more than 5 percent (%) of your total bankroll (Exception for the lowest limits: You are allowed to buy in into any poker game with a buyin of $2.5 or lesss),
- do not buy into a multi-table tournament for more than 2 percet (%) of your total bankroll, but you are allowed to buy into any poker tournament that costs $1 or less,
- if at any time during a poker cash game session, the money on the table represents more than 10 percent (%) of your total bankroll, you have to leave the table when the blinds reach you.
This aproach to poker bankroll management will ensure you to play online those poker games that you can afford to play.
It is impossible for you to get broke, since you have no choice but move down to lower poker limits, if you hit a big losing streak. When your bankroll gets bigger again, you simply move up the stakes again.
